Helping Hands accepts donations of unused medical supplies and equipment from hospitals, surgical centers, clinics, manufacturers, and healthcare providers.


Donated materials are carefully reviewed to ensure they can be safely handled, stored, and redistributed to approved programs.

How to Donate Medical Supplies

If you would like a donation receipt, please prepare an itemized list of all supplies and equipment being donated. Helping Hands is not able to estimate the monetary value of any donations, but we are happy to provide you with a self-completed donation receipt for tax purposes.


Documentation of the donation can be provided upon request.

Compliance and Donation Guidelines


Helping Hands operates as a nonprofit organization dedicated to the responsible recovery and redistribution of medical supplies.

We do not accept biohazard materials, controlled substances, or items restricted by law.


When requested, donation documentation may be provided for record-keeping purposes.
